Feroz Sharif joined IUBAT in June 2025 as a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology under the College of Arts and Sciences (CAAS). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Dhaka.
Before joining IUBAT, he served as a Lecturer of Psychology at Shaikh Burhanuddin Post Graduate College for three years. Prior to that, he worked as a psychologist at SynesisIT Ltd., where he was involved in applied psychological services and interventions.
Feroz’s academic interests lie primarily in cognitive decision making, a field he grew increasingly passionate about after participating in various research initiatives across different areas of psychology. His experiences in both academic and practical settings have helped shape his current focus and teaching approach.
He sees himself as a lifelong learner and brings that mindset into the classroom, aiming to inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and self-reflection in his students.
